Shirley brings more than 20 years of commercial vehicle finance and leasing experience, with a proven track record across multiple facets of the industry. Having “sat in all of the chairs,” Shirley offers a unique perspective and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing our customers, dealers, and business partners. Most recently, Shirley spent the past 10 years with a large captive finance lender, where valuable expertise and leadership were developed within a highly respected organization. Shirley’s extensive industry knowledge, customer-focused approach, and broad experience will be tremendous assets to IFAI and our dealer network.
