Follow the iLease Return Guidelines to steer clear of any surprises as your lease nears maturity.
As an iLease customer, your vehicle will need to be inspected and brought to turn-in condition prior to the end of the lease. Any necessary service/repairs must be performed before returning the truck to the dealership (in the case you choose not to purchase it).
You will want to schedule your vehicle inspection far enough in advance that any repairs can be identified and addressed so you aren’t caught unaware of needed repairs. As a reminder, the customer is responsible (and will be charged for) excess mileage or items that exceed normal wear and tear. Refer to your Lease Agreement Vehicle Schedule, sections 9-10: Return of Vehicles. Or see your Lease Return Guidelines for a comprehensive checklist for end of lease requirements.
Remember! Isuzu Finance will cover the cost of the inspection as long as it’s scheduled and completed prior to your lease’s maturity.

- Tell them you are an Isuzu Finance customer and need an inspection because your lease is nearing maturity.
- Include your name, address, phone number, email address, lease agreement number (if you have it available), the year, make, model, and the serial number of all units needing inspection, and equipment location. If someone else will be managing the appointment, include their contact name, phone number, and email address.
- Ensure the unit starts and provide any comments or additional information you have.
If you decide to turn in your truck, be sure to de-identify the truck and remove all personal items. If you replace your current truck with a new truck using Isuzu Finance, the turn-in fees on your current lease will be waived.
